Your agent’s email shows the message went out. It doesn’t always show who it was for, what they got, or which version. Forward the email to us and we’ll create a private, dated record you can point to later.

This is what most agents send. It’s fine for getting the message out — but if someone asks you to show what you gave a specific tenant, here’s what it doesn’t cover.
