Already have an email from your agent?
Your agent’s email shows the message went out. It doesn’t always show who it was for, what they got, or which version. Forward the email to us and we’ll create a private, dated record you can point to later.
The example below is anonymised. It shows a typical bulk email — not a specific agent or platform.
A typical bulk email
This is what most agents send. It’s fine for getting the message out — but if someone asks you to show what you gave a specific tenant, here’s what it doesn’t cover.
Dear tenant,
As required under the Renters’ Rights Act, please find the Information Sheet attached.
Kind regards,
The lettings team
What you get back
Your agent’s send still happened. The proof record is the private, dated copy you can show anyone who asks.
The simplest way to get it on record
The forwarded email starts the record. The record is what you keep.
