    Forward an email, get a draft

    • Forward the agent notice to your Ledger & Lease address and the draft Proof Record is created from it. You confirm the facts before anything is issued.
    • A new /forward page shows your address and a live panel that lights up when a draft arrives.

    Proof Memo layout refresh

    • The exported Proof Memo PDF was updated for registry-grade typography, a tightened cover sheet, and a clearer verification block.

  3. 6 May 2026

    Pricing simplified

    • The free applicability check stays free. £25 to issue a single Proof Record for one tenancy. £49 for a portfolio of five. Office Proof Desk is for offices issuing records monthly.

  4. 4 May 2026

    Verification page boundary tightened

    • Public verification pages show the obligation, source set, tenant count, evidence category, and integrity status. They do not show tenant names, addresses, rent figures, or uploaded files.

  5. 2 May 2026

    Registry surfaces live

    • The verification page, free check, and Proof Record issue flow went live as the first set of public surfaces.
