Brief delay issuing Proof Memos
Some Proof Memos took a few extra minutes to arrive after issue. Records issued during the window were valid and the memos delivered as soon as the queue caught up.

Draft summaries arrived a little later than usual
Draft summaries to forwarded emails arrived a few minutes later than usual for around 20 minutes. No data was lost; everyone still received their draft.
